This website helps you explore AVIO collections and contact us. Catalogue information and a saved order request require commercial confirmation by AVIO before supply is agreed.
1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by Samishbhai Devjibhai Bhimani, sole proprietor trading as AVIO CERAMIC, with its registered office at Shop No. 107, First Floor, Survey No. 107 P, Plot No. 1 and 2, Pacific Business Park, Mahendranagar, Morbi, Gujarat 363642, India. These terms concern use of the website, catalogue reader/downloads and the separate dealer/team test. Supply-specific terms are confirmed through the relevant quotation, order confirmation and invoice.
2. Product and catalogue information
We update collections as information becomes available. Designs, sizes, finishes, quality grades, packing, availability and lead times must be confirmed for your requirement. A catalogue listing is not a guarantee of current stock or an offer to supply at a particular price.
Images and room settings illustrate appearance; screens, lighting, printing and production batches can affect colour, shade and texture. Confirm an appropriate sample, product specification, batch and suitability before purchase or installation. A finish shown in a photograph does not establish slip resistance, a test result or certification. Select the actual finish available for the requested model.
Confirm quantities, ordering units, packing and load details with AVIO before arranging transport or installation.
3. Catalogue access and permitted use
You may view, download and share public catalogue links for lawful product selection and business discussions with AVIO. Images, designs, logos and documents may include material belonging to AVIO or its respective rights holders. Downloading does not transfer ownership or grant rights to impersonate AVIO, remove attribution, misrepresent products or reproduce material for an unrelated commercial publication. Ask us if you need permission beyond ordinary product selection and authorised sharing.
The download form requires either a mobile number or an email address, or both. Information is self-entered and not currently OTP-verified. After a successful submission, the same browser may download further catalogues without re-entering the detail for a fixed 60 minutes. Use Manage Download Session to end reuse, especially on a shared device. Do not submit another person's details without authority. The Privacy Policy explains the purpose; submitting a form does not subscribe you to promotions.
4. Dealer accounts and order requests
Dealer access is for accounts issued by AVIO to authorised business users. Keep credentials private and tell us promptly if access is compromised or your representative changes. AVIO manages firm/profile details, assigned contacts and product access. The separate test is for evaluation and does not initiate live fulfilment.
A saved selection, exported document, status entry or WhatsApp share is an order request or communication record. Supply is subject to AVIO confirming the exact products, quantities, finishes, quality, rates, taxes, payment terms, availability, loading/dispatch arrangements and any other agreed terms. Do not make a payment or arrange transport solely on an unconfirmed test request. We do not currently provide public visitor checkout or online payment.
5. Acceptable use and availability
Do not attempt unauthorised access, abuse forms, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content or use misleading contact details. AVIO may restrict access to protect the service or investigate misuse. Services and catalogue editions may be updated or temporarily unavailable; contact AVIO if information appears incomplete or inconsistent.
6. External links and responsibility
External links are provided for convenience. Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. We take reasonable care with website information, but errors may occur; please ask us to confirm details that affect a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Agreed supply terms and applicable law govern any actual transaction.
7. Applicable law, changes and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply. We may revise the terms for future use and show the updated version/date. Changes to a website page do not retrospectively change a confirmed supply agreement. Google attribution remains visible.
